At Suki Cottage, we want to provide the best customer service. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact us at within 5 days of receiving and provide a photo of the defect or information of incorrect merchandise.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • All intimates, swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, backpacks, eyewear, scarves, handbags, keychains, and iPhone cases are final sale.

  • All discounted items are final sale.

  • Damaged, defected or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. 

  • Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will email you a discount code in the amount of purchase minus delivery fee..

  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.


For refunds, your Prepaid shipping label and Packing Slip will be emailed to you.

  1. Print the Prepaid shipping label. Securely pack your merchandise and Packing Slip in a box or envelope of your choice.

  2. Place the prepaid shipping label on the outside of your package. Please make sure that no other tracking labels are showing.

  3. Please note that cost of each return prepaid shipping label requested will be deducted from your refund amount. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

Once we have received the return, we will process it within 3 - 5 days. Your refund will be credit back to the original method of payment used to place the order. We will email you at the email your order was placed with notifying you when we process your refund.



We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
